The Midtown Madness 2 Vehicle Editor will edit the standard default vehicles distributed with the game AND any vehicle that you have downloaded from the net. You can edit the Aston Martin, Audi TT, Panoz GT, Mustang, City Bus...AND EVEN THE COPS! Edit the cop cars and just see if you can get away from cops that can do over 300 MPH!!

Now you can re-tune ALL the standard vehicles where ALL the vehicles are tuned to YOUR specifications. Speed up your competition and CIRCUIT RACE with cars that can do outrageous speeds...or slow your competition down for you beginners out there.

You can easily change up to 20 different characteristics for any vehicle including the Engine, Transmission, Body, Brakes and Handling.

Adjust the Engine's Horse Power and Transmission settings and you can have a vehicle that can do over 650 MPH (Madness!) - you specify the MAX RPM for your engine and when the Optimum RPM kicks in.	You can select each vehicle to have from 2 to 6 gears. Change that slow old 4 speed car to 5 or 6 geared machine! Adjust your vehicles gearing ratios to improve either the vehicles acceleration or top end speed.	Change the Body's impact Threshold or increase the vehicles Damage levels to make your vehicle indestructible - Increase your vehicles Mass so you can plow through that traffic jam with ease.	Adjust the vehicles Brakes to stop on a dime or...what about NO BRAKES!!	Tweak the vehicles traction settings and HOLD ON when you take corners at over 150 mph or decrease the traction levels for the slipperiest ride of your life!
